Jason Kiengsiri joined Energy Strategies in February 2022 and supports the firm’s regulatory services. Jason provides analysis of rate designs, cost of service studies, and customer electric load modeling to provide evidence and support for positions taken by Energy Strategy’s clients in regulatory proceedings.

Advocating from the position of electric user groups, Jason seeks to understand the balance between competing interests in regulatory proceedings and to influence policy towards equitable outcomes. His understanding of the conflicts and agreements of various groups is a resource in crafting practical outcomes that are fair to Energy Strategy clients.

Prior to joining Energy Strategies, Jason worked in the banking industry. He graduated from the University of Utah in 2018 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Communications, focusing on argumentation and conflict analysis.
